Please read this notice before using MSV Agency assistance for Tamil Nadu e-SeVai or any other government-related service.
1. What MSV Agency Does
MSV Agency may provide private assistance with supported government-related services, such as explaining document requirements, helping prepare forms, assisting with application entry, providing status guidance and helping customers understand the official process.
Such assistance is provided only where legally and operationally permitted and does not make MSV Agency a government office or government-authorised decision maker.
2. No Direct Government Access
MSV Agency does not give customers direct access, login credentials, internal access, privileged access or back-end access to any government portal or government database.
Where a government application requires official portal access, biometric verification, OTP verification, personal attendance or identity verification, the process must follow the rules of the concerned government authority.
3. No Government Approval or Issuance by MSV Agency
MSV Agency does not issue, approve, reject, certify or guarantee government certificates, licences, registrations, benefits, IDs, welfare payments or scheme eligibility.
Final decisions are made only by the competent government department or authority. This includes certificates, revenue services, registration services, transport services, health schemes, ration services, welfare benefits and other government services.
4. Official Portals and Government Fees
Customers may use the relevant official government portal or authorised government service channel directly. Government fees, statutory charges, eligibility rules and required documents are determined by the concerned authority.
If MSV Agency charges an assistance/service fee, that fee is separate from official government fees unless clearly stated otherwise before payment.
5. No Government Affiliation Claim
Government names, scheme names, portal names, department names and related marks are used only to identify the services for which customers may request assistance. Their use does not imply endorsement, partnership, ownership or affiliation with MSV Agency.
Nothing on msvagency.com should be interpreted as a claim that MSV Agency can bypass official procedures, accelerate approval through unofficial access, or guarantee a government outcome.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide genuine information and documents, review application details before submission, and follow any verification, appointment, biometric or attendance requirements imposed by the relevant authority.
